Back in December one of our instructors, Coach Meredith approached us and said “I have been looking into diffferent areas to volunteer in and to give something back…I thought maybe I could provide soccer classes…to low-income kids. I was thinking we could do something like a 4 week season and we could charge nothing in which case I would do the class for free…Let me know what you think and if this is even possible.”
We thought, AWESOME!!!
This fits in perfectly with the concept of Soccer Shots Global Goals, which is the philanthropic arm of Soccer Shots that was launched last year and continues into 2010. Through our efforts in South Africa we aspire to be a franchise community that leverages our success to help others.
Thanks to Coach Meredith’s generosity we are now offering a free 4 week season of Soccer Shots at Tulita CDC in Redondo Beach, CA. The school is very appreciative and the kids are having a blast!
