Youth Soccer Instructors Needed For Children Ages 3-5

We are currently expanding and need a few great instructors to help us run some sessions at our centers. This is a part-time position and may lead to a full-time position. Hours can be somewhat flexible, depending on your schedule. Instructor must be available between 9AM-4PM, Monday-Friday.

WE ARE CURRENTLY SEEKING INSTRUCTORS IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS:
Santa Clarita Valley, San Fernando Valley, West Side, South Bay

Soccer Shots is a program that introduces soccer to children ages 3-5 at preschools and day care centers all over the area.

Each session is 30 to 40 minutes long. Soccer Shots provides your training, equipment, and all curriculum materials. At some centers, there will be multiple sessions, meaning you could run 2 or even 3 sessions in a row.

The ideal instructor meets the following criteria:

Responsible – Arrives on time to each session, can handle a group of 10 or more children, keeps accurate attendance, communicates well with Soccer Shots director, etc.

Professional – Neat in appearance, friendly and courteous with day care center staff and director, self-assured.

Enthusiastic – Must enjoy interacting with young kids, be able to connect with kids ages 3-5, make the Soccer Shots session the highlight of every child’s week, etc.

Soccer – Official soccer experience is not required. However, having some familiarity with the game either as a player or coach will be helpful.

In addition to the above, a successful candidate must pass a Child Abuse History Clearance and Background Check.
